My artwork expresses the things that hold the largest impacts on my life - the things that have shaped my identity as my life has progressed and made me who I am today. I showed my passion for clothing, shoes, basketball, gaming, Christianity and music. I have demonstrated this by making it look like these things are coming out of my head. This is because these are the things I think about, and I thought it would be creative for these thoughts to burst out of my head. I also had to think about the way I wanted to create this art. I thought of using lead pencil because this is the art tool I started using and is the one I have stuck with my whole life. There are countless drawings I have done with pencil and it is the main tool I would always choose.
