Year 7s Present at 'That's My Water!' Expo
Earlier this year, visited our Howard Springs campus to listen to our fabulous Year 7 students present their water sustainability solutions. You can read more about their visit here.
The student presentations wowed the Power and Water team – so much so that our Year 7s were invited to present their solutions at the 'That's My Water!' Expo held at the Darwin Museum on Wednesday 18 October!
Three Year 7 groups from Good ÁñÁ«³ÉÈËappÏÂÔØ were invited to speak in front of three other schools, as well as a number of staff members from Power and Water and other Government organisations, about the following topics:
Amelia K
Using micro–nano water film to prevent water evaporation from the Darwin River Dam
Lily E
Hydroelectricity Model explanation and demonstration
Holly B, Courtney H and Tahlia K
Growing corn seeds in different types of grey water
All five students did an exceptional job and we are incredibly proud of their hard work. Congratulations on your achievement girls!
